By placing an order with The Luxe Yarn Co, you confirm that you have read and agree to the policies below.
Refunds and returns
Due to the handmade nature of my items, all sales are final. I don't accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Each piece is made individually with care, and this policy helps me keep my small operation running.

Items are made as pictured
Whether an item is listed as In stock or Made to Order, it is made to match the product photos and description. Because each piece is handmade, small natural variations in color, size, stitch tension, and finishing are normal and are not considered defects.
Unless your piece is a Custom Order arranged directly with me, items are made to the design as pictured and are not modified to individual preferences. A request to change a standard item, or dissatisfaction that a finished piece was not altered from what is shown, is not a valid reason for a refund, return, or cancellation.
Custom Orders
A Custom Order is a Made to Order piece created to your specific requests, such as custom colors, sizing, personalization, or design changes. These are arranged and confirmed with you before any work begins. Because a Custom Order is made specifically for you, it cannot be cancelled once production has started, and it is not eligible for return or refund except in the case of a defect or an error on my end (see Damages and issues below).
Color and material variation
Yarn colors can look different from one screen to another, and dye lots can vary slightly from batch to batch. The actual color and texture of your item may differ a little from what you see online. This is a normal part of working with fiber and is not a defect.
Sizing
For wearable items, please review the measurements listed before ordering. Handmade sizing is approximate, and ordering a size that does not fit is not a reason for a refund or exchange. If you're unsure about sizing, email me before you order and I'll help.
Damages and issues
I stand behind my work. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact me within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item. Email cierra@theluxeyarn.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and I'll evaluate it and make it right.
Depending on the situation, the remedy may be a repair, a replacement, or a refund, at my discretion. This does not cover normal wear over time, or damage caused by improper washing, blocking, stretching, or failure to follow the care instructions included with your item.
Shipping and lead times
Made to Order items are crocheted after you place your order, so please review the production and shipping lead time shown on the product page and at checkout before purchasing. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept this lead time. An order that has not yet shipped within the stated lead time is expected and is not a reason for cancellation or a refund. I'll always do my best to keep you updated on where your piece is in the process.
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. I'm not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier, though I'm glad to help you file a claim with them. Please also double check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. I can't cover the cost of replacing or reshipping an order sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
Exchanges
I don't offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order.
Order cancellations
Cancellations of In stock and standard Made to Order items can only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order has typically already begun production or shipping and is final. Custom Orders follow the terms described in the Custom Orders section above.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact cierra@theluxeyarn.co to start the process.
Please note that this cooling off period does not apply to Custom Orders or personalized items, as goods made to your specifications are exempt under EU consumer law.
